ASDAN

Better Lives Partnership is an ASDAN Centre, we offer ASDAN activity-based programmes, including short courses at our three sites and are working towards becoming a Qualifications Centre to allow us to deliver the ASDAN Employability Qualification.

ASDAN is an education charity and awarding organisation providing courses, accredited curriculum programmes and regulated qualifications to engage, elevate and empower young people aged 11 to 25 years in greatest need.

ASDAN offers a wide choice of activity-based programmes for learners working at a range of levels. More flexible than qualifications, their courses offer imaginative ways of developing, assessing and certificating young people’s knowledge and skills development.

ASDAN offers a range of nationally approved qualifications based around the development of personal, social and employability skills. The qualifications are offered to learners working from Entry 1 up to Level 3.

Young people attending Better Lives Partnership are enrolled on ASDAN programmes through their Independent Personal Plan. The options available will depend on the days they attend our programme, the options will vary from site to site. The Independent Living short course and the Enterprise short course are part of our core sessions.

The Employability Qualification will be offered alongside the Employability Skills Development course, learners will be offered the option to enroll through their Independent Personal Plan.

The following Policies apply to our delivery of the ASDAN Employability Qualification.

If you have any questions about the delivery or availability of an ASDAN programme or qualification please contact us.
