New Management Structure at Better Lives Partnership

Over the last months the Board of Trustees has been working to establish a new management structure for Better Lives Partnership. The restructure was needed to facilitate Carolyn Kennedy stepping down as CEO to enable her to spend more time with her family.

We are delighted to announce that Carolyn will continue to be an integral part of the Senior Management team as the Head of Partnerships and Initiatives. This means that Carolyn will be responsible for developing opportunities for funding and new initiatives in line with the strategic direction set by the board.

Anne McEwan had as the project co-ordinator taken over interim responsibility for day to day operational management, this has now been made permanent and she will be our Operations Director.

Amanda Ansbro remains as the office manager within the Senior Management team.

We are looking forward to the exciting opportunities 2024 will bring.
