Team Officers Assemble!

Wed, 1st Feb 2023

On Friday the 27th of January 2023, we were delighted to welcome all of our Team Officers for a day to our Head Office in Castle Douglas.

We were delighted to have Karen, Team Officer in Stranraer, Liz, Team Officer in Dumfries, and Allison, Team Officer in Castle Douglas, all together for a day of sharing experiences, ideas, and upcoming plans for the development of Better Lives Partnership. They were joined by our Project Coordinator, Anne McEwan, and our CEO, Carolyn Kennedy, to take a look at each site and their successes and see what ideas the other sites can implement into their own operations.

We also looked at staff development and the delivery of ASDAN courses across the sites.

This was a great opportunity for all the Team Officers to get together and we really enjoyed getting to spend time hearing about each site.
