Kenzie Volunteers at Park Fest

Mon, 29th Aug 2022

Kenzie, one of our young people in Stranraer, spent last weekend volunteering at Stranraer Park Fest!

Kenzie is working towards becoming a sound technician, and hopes to work as a sound engineer helping bring live events to life. Supporting Kenzie in his goal is The Holywood Trust, who has awarded him a grant to buy climbing equipment and other tools so he can start getting work experience. Kenzie has already made great use of this equipment by volunteering as a volunteer sound technician at Stranraer Park fest last weekend.

This was a fantastic opportunity for Kenzie, who was able to utilise his existing skills and get some hands-on experience. A huge thank you to The Holywood Trust for their support and well done Kenzie for helping bring Park Fest to life for everyone in Stranraer!
