Strategic Thinking!

Thu, 7th May 2026

The last few months have seen BLP engaged in the creation of our first ever Strategic Plan. This will be a 3 – 5year plan and will guide us in continuing to provide much-needed services to our young people. We have held a number of Consultation events with our young people, staff team and those that engage with us on a regular basis to ensure that everyone has had the opportunity to contribute to our plan and to have their voices heard.

A special thank you must go to our young people and our Peer Mentors who played a pivotal role in ensuring the process was successful and well run. We are in the process now of collating the findings and observations you all provided and will soon be creating the first draft of our plan for our Board of Trustees to review.
